Hafou Touré
Hafou has a lot of experience in advising and providing financing to African companies and working with multilateral development banks, specifically with the African Development Bank and the International Finance Corporation (IFC) at the World Bank.
Hafou worked at Deloitte in the Advisory practice in New York City where she provided consulting and advisory services to various institutions in the financial services industry primarily large banks and investment management firms. She also worked with other financial services companies like UBS Investment Banking and Moody's, one of the largest credit rating agencies in the world.
Passionate about Africa and innovation, she was a founding member of the Moabi Holdings group, which funds innovative projects in French-speaking Africa. Committed to women's empowerment, she founded the NGO Global Sharing Program, which supports women entrepreneurs and disadvantaged children around the world.

Souleima Abdennebi
Souleima is economist, development expert, she has years of experience with international organizations (United Nations / African Development Bank), private sector (pharmaceutical industries / consultancy firms) as well as in academic research.
Souleima has an in-depth understanding of Africa’s social, political, and development issues, as well as a long-nursed ambition in playing an active role in strengthening its resilience. Souleima has particularly an extensive experience in fundraising strategy, industrial policy advisory, as well as in working with teams in closing deals.
African born in Tunisia, Souleima is passionate about human development and committed to ensuring that every Human being exercises their fundamental right to health and education. Since high school, she is a member of the International Humanitarian Law Club of the International Committee of the Red Cross.

Hassan Touré
Hassan Toure, CPA is a financial service expert with 10 years of experience in Banking and capital markets, Auditing, internal control and risk management. Hassan acquired substantial professional experience by working in leading financial service firms,such as Chase Bank and Pricewaterhouse Coopers. At PwC he led the audits of some of the largest financial institutions in the U.S.
Hassan is now based in Cote d’Ivoire where he works with the Snedai Group as the Internal Control and Audit Director where he oversees all of their Sub-Saharan Africa investments and projects.
He is a Certified Public Accountant for the State of New York. He is excited about the rich possibilities of the development of the African continent and is hoping to contribute his small partition in this building block.

Rosemonde Nassoué
Rosemonde is the analyst and she is in charge of data collection for HTS Partners. With experience in the field of management and communication, Rosemonde has been, responsible for partnerships and events for the magazine "Strat'Marques" and trainee assistant head of advertising at Success ID, communication agency in Côte d’Ivoire.
Rosemonde has strong multitasking abilities as she is responsible for following up and managing multiple client requests.
Rosemonde has also implemented a communication strategy on social networks to promote HTS.

Stephen Sammut
During his 22 years as a lecturer at Wharton, Stephen Sammut has created eight courses — including Private Equity in Emerging Markets — that he has taught to over 9000 students. Steve’s primary areas of research coincide with his venture activity: health care and biotech capacity building in the emerging markets; private equity and venture capital approaches to economic development; and, the role of the private sector in addressing needs in global health.
He is a visiting faculty in the Indian School of Business and Strathmore University Business School in Nairobi, Kenya. He was a member of the Advisory Panel at the Abraaj Capital Africa Health Fund. Outside of Wharton, Steve had also experience as a Venture Partner at Burrill & Company, a merchant bank and venture capital fund focused on the life sciences and health care. His role there was general management of overseas venture capital funds, particularly in the Asia-Pacific region.
Steve has also consulted with the IFC and World Bank on private equity, technology transfer, and venture capital program assessment.
